“Each client is an individual that brings a unique story and history to the table typically involving emotional, family, trauma, and relational challenges. A treatment plan is tailor-made for each client which incorporates holistic goals and interventions (cognitive, emotional, social, and spiritual). The client is the change agent of their own healing and transformation utilizing the insight gained from the psychotherapy process.”
